Sarah joined the Project Halo team as a PhD student at the start of 2025. Her research aims to quantify the habitat thresholds for coastal mangroves. Through this research Sarah hopes to bridge the gap between hydrodynamics and coastal ecosystems, which will help inform restoration practises and predict future distributions in a changing climate. Sarah is driven by her love of the marine environment and looks forward to using science to create positive outcomes for the coast and its inhabitants.
